		<description>i&#039;ve made this about 10 times now - it&#039;s fantastic.  also good with kale or spinach - any leafy green.

one hint - it&#039;s much easier if you cook the leaves whole and then chop once steamed and cooled.  much less mess, and easier clean up.  also, adding a good 1/2 cup cream just makes it that much richer and moist.

i also add ground hot red pepper, ground white pepper, and if i&#039;m in the mood, some freshly grated nutmeg . . .</description>

		<description>It&#039;s New York, not Roma.  Since I don&#039;t have my own nonna, I have to get by with the inferior substitute.  Nonetheless, it was delicious, smooth and not too lemony.  Raviolo all&#039;uovo ($14) was heavenly.  I will be having that next time.</description>
